Assist parents in changing diapers, bringing diapers or wipes when needed. Feedings and burping. Help with bottle-feeding or bringing the baby to mom for breastfeeding, and assist with burping. Bath time. Help parents bathe the baby, making sure the water is not too hot or cold. Soothing and calming. Help calm the baby when they're fussy or crying. Putting the baby to sleep. Assist parents in establishing a bedtime routine. Play with the baby. Engage in playtime activities like reading, singing, or playing with toys. Teach and demonstrate. Teach the baby new things, like clapping or waving . Encourage development. Encourage the baby to reach milestones, like sitting up or crawling. Create a safe environment. Help with laundry. Assist parents with washing, drying, and folding the baby's clothes.
