About Katerina

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, natural leader and hilarious. I like working with kids because it comes naturally to me. From childhood I've been surrounded by children and as an adult I have always found myself in a care taker kind of role. I'm looking for a job that offers a variety of tasks. I appreciate having a new challenge each week. My work with kids began before I graduated high school in 2015. I served in middle school ministry at church for a year and then transitioned to Montessori Preschool. Since then I've found myself working with multiple families over the last 8 years. In my spare time, I like to cook and bake. I love feeding others and believe it's the best way to show someone you care. One thing you should know about me is I am a bit of an old soul and enjoy gardening and canning. I'm also willing to learn new skills to better help those who I serve. My skills include patience, ability to de-escalate and make even the most simple things exciting.
