About Kate

In 2017, after my grandmother suffered a severe stroke, I pursued nursing school to better care for her and graduated in 2019 as one of the top students in my class. I went on to provide full-time, in-home care for both of my grandparents through February 2025. I have experience with basic care needs, such as meal prep, helping them bathe and dress, managing medication, providing enrichment activities, and in more advanced care such as peg tube care, wound care, end of life care, pain managements and providing medication through multiple routes. Through my personal experience I have strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to handle a wide range of needs with compassion. I am no longer a practicing RN, but I am able to help with most of your loved ones needs.
