About Kate

With over 5 years of professional zoological experience, I've cared for a wide range of species, including reptiles, birds, and both large and small mammals. I also bring over 20 years of paid experience with pets and farm animals, from dogs & cats to horses, chickens, cows & donkeys. Animals have always been part of my life, starting with pet sitting gig when I was 8 years old. Caring for animals is truly my passion. While I had to leave my zoo career, I love filling that space by spending time with animals whenever I can. From training puppies and bottle-feeding kittens to caring for seniors and farm animals, I spend time with animals whenever I can. No matter the species or stage of life, I provide attentive, compassionate care and treat every animal like my own.
