Hi, I'm Kate! I have a diverse background in education, mental health, and behavior intervention, giving me a holistic and empathetic approach to individualized support. I work in a special ed class at an elem. school, and my experience in preschools, intensive mental health, and ABA therapy allows me to excel at and enjoy engaging w/ any age and ability. I hold a B. S. in Psych. and a Virginia QMHP credential, equipping me to provide specialized guidance for those with developmental, emotional, or behavioral challenges. My skills apply in all contexts, whether special needs are present or not. I ensure a safe, calm environment backed by FA/CPR/AED and crisis de-escalation trainings. Each family is unique, and I am committed to collaboration and communication to provide the ideal care for yours!
