I hired Kate and for 3 consecutive times, she didn't show up on day 1, and said she was trying to wrap up her with her current job and needed more time. Her experience with special needs kids was very valuable to me, so I kept giving her more time. After over a month of having offered her the job and she accepted, she reached out and told me she was taking a different job. Wasted my time, very unprofessional and dishonest.
