About Kate

I have over 10 years of pet care experience and am currently a college student home for the summer. I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have developed a strong appreciations for providing attentive, compassionate care. I cared for a family dog from a young age through her senior years, supporting her through joint and health challenges. This experience taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of gentle, consistent care. I also have a rescue dog that we adopted during COVID, whom I have helped care for over the past 6 years. In addition, I grew up with 2 cats, which has made me equally comfortable caring for both cats and dogs. I understand that each pet has unique needs and behaviors, and I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and supportive environment for them. I am experienced in maintaining routines, providing exercise, and offering both active engagement and relaxed companionship depending on the pets needs.
