I hired Kate to help care for my elder parents. My mother had experienced a stroke and struggling with walking, bathing, driving, shopping and speaking. All of which my mother enjoyed doing on her own before the stroke. My father was struggling with a bad knee and memory issues. While both of my parents were active, they needed assistance, as well as, a personal touch. Kate was so much more than a helper, she quickly became like a daughter and for me, more like a sister. It is rare to find someone who puts their entire heart into caring for someone else. She established trust by communicating with me every day, providing updates about my parents and sharing pictures which gave my brother and myself the peace of mind we needed as we both live outside the state.
