Hello, I'm Katie! I am a 23-year-old college graduate with a bachelor's degree from The University of North Texas. I am CPR certified and first aid trained. I have been babysitting for the past couple of years and I seasonally work at my church in childcare development with kids ages 4-12. I have experience working with children that have ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism. I love to take care of children and help them grow as individuals. I have extended background experience working as a nanny with infants. Katie picked up my 6yo daughter and 8yo son after school each day for about three weeks, taking them to activities, helping them with homework and engaging with them and various creative ways. It’s rare to find a caregiver who is truly interested in getting to know the kids, enjoys playing with them, and has tremendous patience. Katie also has good sense around logistics and schedules. My kids had a lot of fun with Katie and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful caregiver.
