About Katelyn

Hello, my name is Katelyn! I absolutely love working with children and have been professionally employed as a nanny and teacher in child care for many years. Since relocating back to Florida from Pennsylvania a year and a half ago, I have been working as a preschool teacher-first as an assistant teacher, and now as the lead teacher for a class of2-year-olds. My biggest belief as a child care provider is that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to grow and thrive. One of my favorite activities to do with my class is sensory bins- hands-on experiences always make the children excited and engaged! A little about me: I love to be adventurous and explore the world around me! Whether it's trying a new restaurant or discovering a new beach, I enjoy experiencing new things. Some of my favorite activities include visiting natural springs, fishing, going to the beach, sharing meals with family and friends, and watching the sunset by the water.
