About Katelyn

I have worked as a Dementia caregiver / activity coordinator at an assisted living facility for the past 4. 5 years. I have experience working with residents that have various stages of Alzheimer's, dementia and behaviors that come with the diagnosis. I help with activities of daily living including; care, eating, toileting, laundry, etc. I am certified in habilitation therapy, am creative, patient, and care deeply. I am first aid/CPR certified and COVID 19 vaccinated. I strive to bring comfort, joy, and happiness to those I care for. I coordinate activities of all levels depending on resident's backgrounds, histories, and interests. Connecting one on one with a resident is my favorite part about my job.
