About Katelyn

Hi! My name is Katelyn, and I'm a caring, patient, and reliable caregiver who genuinely loves working with children. As the oldest cousin and grandchild in my family, I've been helping care for little ones for as long as I can remember, and I now have 4 years of babysitting experience with children ranging from 2 months to 13 years old, along with 2 years of customer service experience. I currently live in Cherry Valley and am studying to become an elementary school teacher, so creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for kids is something I'm truly passionate about. I love encouraging creativity, outdoor play, reading, and hands-on activities, and I'm always happy to get involved rather than just supervise from the sidelines. I can also help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, swimming supervision or lessons, and transportation, and I have a valid driver's license. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, fluent in Spanish, and happy to provide references!
