About Katelyn

I'm very passionate about childcare, in my 3+ years working at daycare centers I have found it very important for children to have routine, positive reinforcement and have the ability to express their feelings. I also like to mention that I'm CPR and First Aid certified! I graduated from Polaris with a child development associate degree with honors. I then worked in a daycare room as a "floater" working with all age groups. Most recently I am an Asst. Lead Teacher for a room that has an age range of 3-5 years old. I've always excelled at creating projects and doing activity for the children that are developmentally appropriate. I think it's important for children to learn and explore the world around us. *I also would have my amazing little man with me during care, he is 9 months almost 10. He loves other children!
