About Katelyn

I enjoy helping students learn and reach their full potential. I have one year of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with minors in Biochemistry and Spanish. I specialize in Math and Science for elementary through high school students. I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where you feel comfortable exploring new ideas. I assess your unique learning style by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems, while maintaining open communication to ensure our methods align. When concepts feel challenging, I connect the material to your personal interests or real-world examples to keep you motivated. I also provide regular updates to parents to ensure we are a unified team in your academic journey. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing your confidence grow as you master new skills. I look forward to helping you succeed and celebrating your progress every step of the way.
