Hi! My name is Katelyn, and I'm a responsible, patient caregiver currently in college majoring in Education. I'm passionate about child development and creating safe, positive environments where kids can learn and thrive. I have professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported children with behavior goals, communication skills, and daily routines, including neurodivergent children. I also have several years of babysitting and nanny experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills from customer service roles. I am CPR/First Aid certified and comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I would describe my style as calm, structured, and engaging. I focus on safety, consistency, and making sure children feel supported and understood. Available for evenings, weekends, summer care, and occasional last-minute needs.
