About Katelynn

I am a middle school science teacher and working with kids is a huge part of my life and something I genuinely love. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages and personalities, and I strive to create an environment where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and explore. I'm patient, energetic, and creative, and I love planning hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, crafts and educational experiences that keep kids engaged. I am very organized, dependable, and comfortable managing routines, homework help, and multiple children at once while still making things fun. Outside of teaching, I've spent time traveling and working in community-centered environments, which has helped me become adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to connect easily with others. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and maintaining the structure and expectations that are important to your family.
