About Katelynn

I began babysitting as a freshman in high school and continued until a year after I graduated. I had the pleasure of watching a 1 1/2 and 3-year-old until they were 4 and 6 for one family. Another family I watched twin boys ages 1 1/2 and a girl age 4 until they were 3 1/2 and 7. I then did an Americorps volunteer program, NCCC, where I had the pleasure of creating a summer activity program with my team at an orphanage. A year after that program ended, I assisted a friend in an outdoor summer day camp. We brought kids ages 6-12 on hikes, to lakes, and museums. I am now a mother of a beautiful 15 month year old and am looking for a family to help where she can be with me. I am enthusiastic about learning through play and finding new creative ways to do so! I enjoy studying child development and Montessori learning techniques in my spare time. I am very willing to assist with food prep/laundry/errands/pet needs as well.
