About Katelyn

I have spent the past 15 years with two passion paths I enjoy sharing with others: American Sign Language (ASL) and playing the bagpipes! I've had the pleasure of teaching these two skills while being a full time nanny. While I have stepped away from the full time nanny life, I am thrilled I still get to help others find new passions and connect with new communities! Three words to describe me: passionate, goofy, and confident! Tutoring provides me an opportunity to solve a problem: how does this person learn the best? The perfect job for me is with anyone eager to learn and families that are seeking flexibility! In my spare time, I like to throw the b-a-l-l with my dog and spend time being wholly present in my community! One thing you should know about me is that I see you as part of my community! My skills include humor, an understanding of how the brain/body works, and a lot of patience!
