Being a single mom has taught me how to play both sides of the fence. Doing yard the work, a little electrical, hanging and drilling, keeping my house tamed while also finding a nice balance of time to play and teach my 10-year-old, staying organized while also trying to become a minimalist. Academically, I graduated in 2010 from high school with lots of awards and certificates for grades, leadership and soccer. Then in 2014, I graduated with an AA degree in Business Admin. Katelyn worked for my family from Sept 2018-Dec 2018. She worked for my business from October 2018 - Dec 2018. PROS: Katelyn is a very bright and intelligent and definitely got work done. She has street smarts and common sense and if she didn't know how to do something, she would figure it out on her own. She's a mom to a young boy and is great with kids. My kids liked her very much too! She is a safe driver and I trusted her to pickup/drop off my kids from school to after school activities. I believe she would be perfect for running errands, household chores, and short term/backup child care. I trusted her with my kids and my home when I was not there and did not have any issues with her personally. My husband also offered her a job and she learned/picked up the job quickly and hit the ground running. She was productive when on the clock, had a good work ethic and did not waste time, she took her job seriously. See other review for the CONS.
