About Katelyn

Hi there! My name is Katie, and I am 22, with a passion for helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I'm currently completing my Master's in Education, and I'm excited to hopefully begin my career as a secondary teacher this fall. Safety is a top priority, I am CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified, and I'm also a certified instructor in all three areas. I'm comfortable teaching swim lessons, and love creating a safe, positive environment for kids to build their confidence in the water and beyond. I truly enjoy working with children of all ages, whether that means helping with homework, getting creative with activities, or simply making sure they feel safe and cared for. My experience as both an educator-in-training and an instructor allows me to bring patience, structure, and enthusiasm to every job. P. S. I am also looking for a summer nannying job, starting in June and ending in August (when school starts)!
