About Katelyn

Hi! I'm a college student studying Biochemistry on a pre-med track, and I've always loved working with kids. I'm responsible, patient, and energetic, and I bring a lot of real experience from mentoring and working with children of all abilities. In high school, I worked closely with kids with disabilities through sports programs and mentoring, which taught me how to be adaptable, supportive, and understanding in different situations. I've also taken on leadership roles and love creating a positive, safe, and fun environment for kids. Outside of that, I work in healthcare as a CNA, so I'm very comfortable with responsibility, safety, and handling situations calmly. Whether it's helping with homework, playing outside, or sticking to routines, I'm someone parents can trust and kids feel comfortable around. I'm also great with pets (I have my own dog!), happy to help with light housekeeping or anything else I'd describe my personality as reliable, patient, energetic.
