About Katelyn

My previous roles in adult and senior care have shown me the incredible impact a caregiver can have. I currently work with oncology patients as a patient care technician. I provide part-time home health services, including mobility assistance, personal hygiene, and help with physical activity. I also assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and shopping. I have experience adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations for those with memory care needs. I understand the importance of earning trust and following the family's preferred communication method, providing verbal updates or written daily reports. I have 3 years of nursing school education under my belt and two years of experience with my CNA certification. I am AHA BLS certified as well as QPR certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and spirit to your family!
