From the very beginning, Katelyn showed exceptional patience, compassion, and understanding. She quickly built a trusting and loving relationship with both of my children. Her ability to connect with my older child, who has special needs, was especially meaningful. She was attentive to her unique needs and supported her daily routine with kindness and consistency. She prepared nutritious meals, changed diapers, read stories, played games, and created a joyful, nurturing environment in our home. My children were always excited to see her, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her care. Katelyn is responsible, dependable, and truly loves what she does — and it shows.
