About Katelyn

My name is Kate. I have been a professional firefighter for 4 years. I recently moved to Huntington Beach along with my 3-year-old daughter. I am now pursuing additional life goals as I entered into motherhood. I enjoy spending my time outdoors: hiking, fishing, surfing, riding motorcycles, snowboarding, all kinds of sports. When you find me inside, you will see me playing the guitar, making art, writing, drawing, cooking, working out, and much more. I take pride in being positive, motivated, and innovative. I live a very active lifestyle which keeps me on my toes. I thrive on teaching and exposing kids to new things. Prior to firefighting, I babysat frequently and taught swimming lessons. It brought me so much joy seeing the faces of these children brighten up as they grew and excelled. I also have a love for animals and would be your dogs sidekick mom anytime!
