About Katelyn

10+ years of childcare experience and a background in early childhood development and youth services. It is incredibly rewarding to watch children grow, discover their interests, and develop their unique personalities. I would describe myself as intuitive, considerate, and proactive. I naturally recognize needs, anticipate solutions, and take initiative while respecting parents' guidance, boundaries, and household routines. I support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development by adapting to their individual needs /interests, enjoy outdoor adventures, sports, physical games, and cozy afternoons playing board games. I encourage exploration, creativity, and learning through play. I pride myself on being professional, direct, and approachable. And, I strive to be a dependable, thoughtful presence in children's lives and a trusted source of support for parents, providing attentive care and greater peace of mind.
