About Katelyn

Hey there, I'm Kate! I'm a funny, kind, reliable, & trustworthy 23-year-old that loves children (especially babies)! Not only am I an experienced babysitter/nanny, but I also have about 2 years of experience as an early education teacher in a professional pre-school setting. I'm currently a student at Longwood and am working towards my degree in elementary education! Some things I love to do with kiddos are going for walks, playing outside, going to the pool, coloring, reading, learn together, and pretty much anything your kid(s) enjoy. I love getting to be creative, silly, teach children, and develop genuine relationships with kids and their families! I love pets as I have two dogs of my own. I am currently CPR & first aid certified for children, infants, and adults. I have some experience cooking and understand allergies as my mom and sister have severe food allergies. I am up to date on all my vaccinations and try to be conscious of health and germs. I look forward to connecting!!
