Hello! I'm Katelyn, a compassionate and dedicated nanny with a wealth of experience in childcare. I'm a native of the Shreveport/Bossier area who has always had a natural inclination toward working with children. Over the years, I've honed my skills in creating safe and stimulating environments for children. I take a "firm but kind" approach, teaching boundaries and self-discipline in a way that is empathetic, kind, and promotes self-value. I have experience working with a wide variety of ages, from toddlers to teenagers, and I've developed a repertoire of engaging activities to keep them entertained and learning. In addition, I'm experienced in managing behavioral challenges and have developed a compassionate and patient approach to helping children overcome these challenges.
