About Katelyn

I have over seven years of hands-on experience caring for my grandmother, who has multiple sclerosis. We're very close and truly best friends, which has helped me become especially kind, patient, and attentive in the care I provide. I assist with dressing, getting her into bed, preparing and feeding meals, and making sure she's always comfortable. I also help with personal care like doing her hair and makeup, as well as mobility support, including getting her into her wheelchair and onto paratransit. I focus on the little things that make a difference--setting up her TV, warming her coffee, preparing meals the way she likes, and helping manage phone calls or small issues. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where she feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
