Katelyn had great communication, she let us know when she was on her way and was also willing to follow parent's preferences if provided. She was able to deal well with our upset 15 month old who is currently going through a phase where she is wary of strangers. Although our daughter was initially upset since she was not familiar with her, Katelyn stayed calm and continued to try to calm her down until she succeeded. Although Katelyn did look after our 15 month old, we felt like she did not fully engage with our daughter as much when it came to play time. However, I think that if given more direction from our side she would have happily complied. Overall, we would recommend Katelyn.
