Kate was my family’s summer nanny for five years for my two daughters. She started when they were going into kindergarten and third grade. She helped them with their summer school math classes for three of the summers ensuring their homework was completed daily and that they understood the math concepts. This was no small feat! She kept them busy with art, crafts, and outdoor activities (swim, playgrounds, pottery making, painting, water balloons, slime making). She cleaned daily and ran errands for me. She also took on bigger projects like cleaning out the girls’ closets and dressers every summer. She’s great with pets and I hired her numerous times during the school year to pet sit my dog who likes a lot of attention.
