About Kate

I'd describe myself as engaging, curious, and detail-oriented. I enjoy tutoring because I consider myself a life-long student. I love helping students build understanding, develop their academic and creative passions, and refine their skills. I believe every student has the capacity to excel across all subjects, even those that are development areas. I started tutoring when I was in high school myself and continued while I was a student at the University of Pennsylvania. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B. A. in Political Science and Cinema Studies. I am a television writer currently based in Los Angeles In my spare time, I like to read, write, spend time with friends.
