Kate was good with my kids. But she was unreliable. On only the second time she was scheduled to watch the kids, she forgot about it. I have never had a sitter forget that she was supposed to come. Then when I told her I’d give her a second chance, she declined. I would not rehire Kate. She was unorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional.
