We hired Kate to look after several kids, ages 4-9, while on a ski trip recently and had more kids join the trip last minute than initially planned. Kate was very understanding and accommodating. She communicated clearly and was very comfortable and calm around them, despite their excitement and occasionally elevated energy levels. She is reliable, easy to work with, and has excellent communication skills with adults. We would hire her again without question.
