Hi I'm Kate! •I'm thrilled to work with kiddos (3 mos-Kindergarten) I realized how much I loved & missed caring for children after being in the corporate world & built my business around the needs of today's busy families. Once witnessing the challenges firsthand of more parents working from home I saw an immediate need for an alternative of childcare that caters to more families. In 2020 I created Bluebird DayShare. My take on a small & intimate daycare/nanny share, where families have more scheduling flexibility/affordability & kiddos have a: consistent, safe, nurturing & fun space to: play, learn, socialize, rest & grow. •Depending on the set schedule I care for 1-4 kiddos max. I believe in quality care & that every child deserves lots of love & more 1 on 1 attention. •2 of the families (last hired 3 yrs. ago & their 5* reviews listed) are "aging out" & I have immediate openings for 2-3 families beginning October '25. Kate has been absolutely wonderful with our son. She is attentive and in tune with his needs throughout the day. He has a blast whenever he spends time with her and she works to truly understand each child's likes, dislikes, joys, and interests. She has also been so wonderful with us as first time parents and goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable by checking in with us regularly.
