Hi I'm Kate! :) •I work with kiddos (6 mos- Pre-school) Once realizing how much I missed caring for children, I resigned from the corporate world; & I built my business around the needs of today's busy families. After witnessing the challenges of more parents working from home, I saw an immediate need for more flexible childcare options. When my last nanny family (that I had worked with for 3 yrs) suddenly moved out of state, I started "Kismet Village" & it's my take on a small, personalized, professional & reliable childcare environment. By having just a few kiddos, I'm able to provide more scheduling flexibility/affordability & kiddos have a: consistent, safe, nurturing & fun space to: play, learn, socialize, rest & grow. •I care for 1-3 kiddos/day max & I believe in quality care where every child deserves lots of love & more 1 on 1 attention. •My 5 star reviews listed are from current families (last hired 4 yrs. ago) & I'm happy to provide excellent references as well.
