About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate. I'm 21 years old and just graduated with my bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development in the Honors College with distinction from Missouri State University. I also received certificates in Infant and Toddler Development and Working with Preschoolers and am a certified Perinatal Community Health Worker. I will be working towards my master's in Early Childhood and Family Development online. I have been a nanny for two children ages 8 months-4 years for four summers as well as one child 5 months-2 years for two summers. I have worked in the infant room of two different childcare centers and have completed practicums working with children of all ages. I haved cared for children ranging from 6 weeks-11 years, with most of my experience being with infants and toddlers. I'm always happy to help with cleaning, cooking, and laundry. Caring for children is something I am passionate about, so I would love to be a part of the "village" supporting your little one(s)!
