I also communicate regularly with families via text or phone call, and I follow their preferred communication method. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with medical management. I speak English and Spanish. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
