Hi there, my name is Kate and I am a third year, pre-nursing student at UCSB! My goal is to become a pediatric nurse because I have always loved working with children. I have a strong background in healthcare and childcare, including two years of work as a Certified Nursing Assistant caring for elderly patients. Before moving to Santa Barbara, I worked as a children's swim instructor with the non-profit SOMA Aquatics, teaching free swim lessons to children of all ages to promote water safety in California.
