About Kate

Retired granny seeking opportunity to care for your child(ren) in your home. I am available after school, evenings and some weekends. Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, both typical and those with special needs. I love to read, paint, play instruments, sing, cook, play games, and so much more. I enjoy spending time with children, supporting their growth and development. I do so enjoy listening to children, learning their perspectives and giving feedback when appropriate. I don't mind helping out with household tasks, light housekeeping or meals. Animals are okay, with the exception of long haired cats. They make my eyes water... not in a good way!
