About Kate

Hi, I'm Kate. I am an RN with over 13 years of nursing experience, currently working in Telehealth, General Medicine. I understand the everyday challenges seniors and caregivers face, from managing medications and new symptoms to coordinating appointments and navigating a increasingly complicated healthcare system. Through triage, I help seniors understand care instructions, address medication concerns, decide when and where to seek care, and even exchange stories and laughs. I know how overwhelming these responsibilities can become, especially with chronic illness, changes in mobility/memory, and limited resources. I recognize how much families take on to keep loved ones safe while preserving their independence. I bring patience and clear communication to my care. Whether providing companionship, supporting daily routines, helping organize care information, or giving family caregivers a much-needed break, my goal is to help seniors feel heard, respected, and supported!
