Making a difference in the lives of others is my daily inspiration. For the past 10 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors in maintaining their independence and well-being. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and understanding each individual's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm demeanor. I keep families informed with daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication methods. Supporting families and providing a reliable care option for them is important to me.
