Hi there! I'm Kat, a nanny with 10 years of experience, and I'm eagerly anticipating my move to the Seattle area this June. My approach is deeply rooted in Montessori principles. I believe in nurturing independence, fostering curiosity, and igniting a passion for learning in children. Creating a supportive, safe and stimulating environment. Beyond my professional life, I love being active in nature and enjoy sharing this with the children I care for. Encouraging their connection with the natural world is something I value. Currently, I'm also studying early childhood education, constantly seeking to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.
