About Kassidy

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the foundation of my teaching philosophy. During my three years of experience, I have learned that active listening and observing how a student interacts with new material are the best ways to adapt my methods to their specific needs. I specialize in supporting elementary and middle school students across subjects including Math, English, Science, History, Test Preparation, and Study Skills. Because I have experience working with students who require Special Education support, I am dedicated to creating a collaborative environment built on trust. I stay motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement, which helps me witness the rewarding moment a student's confidence grows as they master new skills. I am happy to meet at your home, the library, a community center, or a coffee shop to help your child thrive.
