I firmly believe that a significant portion of fundamental development stems from stimulation through socializing and play in order to expand the learning capabilities applicable to every child. I've worked with children in military families, as well as children with Autism, ADHD, and OCD. We could not ask for a better caregiver. She genuinely cares about the children and goes far beyond what is expected—thinking thoughtfully about activities and ways to engage them even outside of work hours. She is incredibly fun and energetic, and our children absolutely adore her. She has a remarkable ability to hold their attention and keep them happily entertained, while also maintaining clear boundaries. Just as importantly, she consistently reinforces respect, kindness, and good manners. She strikes the rare balance of being both warm and firm, and our children are better for it. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
