About Kassandra

I started working with kids at 15 as a Counselor in Training and eventually became a Lead Counselor at St. Stephen's Youth Programs. At the same time, I worked as a Personal Care Assistant, which gave me experience providing one-on-one care. Both roles taught me patience, compassion, and how to create a safe, positive environment for children. Working with kids has always been a big part of my life my grandma owned a daycare, and my mom is trained in CPR and first aid. I started at 15 as a Counselor in Training and became a Lead Counselor at St. Stephen's Youth Programs, learning how to connect with kids and create a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Skills: I speak Spanish fluently and enjoy teaching kids simple words and phrases in a fun way. I'm patient, a good listener, and know how to meet kids where they're at emotionally, helping them work through challenges and find solutions.
