About Kassandra

I have hands-on experience providing one-on-one care and companionship for older adults, including daily routines, mobility support, meals, light housekeeping, errands, appointments, and personal care. I especially enjoy conversation, reading aloud, walks, games, outings, and helping someone stay engaged in the routines and activities that matter to them. I'm also happy to share daily devotionals or Bible reading if desired. I've completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training and can offer gentle movement or chair yoga when appropriate. My caregiving style is patient, respectful, and encouraging. I believe in supporting independence by helping people do what they can for themselves while being there when assistance is needed.
