Hi, I have babysat children of all ages starting when I was a teenager. I have raised my own child who is now 31. I have had a daycare in my home for about a year when I was unemployed. One summer I took care of my two cousins during the day, Monday through Friday, I taught them how to swim and ride a bike. I have also worked in a military day care facility for all ages for about a year and a half. I love sports and love to be outdoors.

Karyn  was great with our daughter  she was compassionate understanding  and flexible  I would definitely  recommend  Karyn for your childcare needs !

Karyn is absolutely amazing with our son and our dogs! She has been with us for five amazing years and we are sad to say goodbye. I could always depend on her for whatever I needed from preparing meals to cleaning to last minute calls. She even helped me with overnights when I had a litter of puppies. She has an amazing work ethic and will not disappoint.

Karyn is great! She responded quickly to any messages! she updated me all day! My son had a great time playing with Mrs. Karyn! I would recommend Karyn to anyone looking for child or pet care!

Karyn goes out of her way to meet my schedule needs and takes extra precaution when watching my son to make sure he is safe. She is also CPR certified and allowed me to run a background check. I would recommend her as a babysitter or caregiver. 

Karyn has been such a wonderful addition to our family!  We have sporadic schedules with work and she has been not only there for us but anticipates what we need! She has helped us with the daily chores we aren't able to get to, balances the active toddler play and care for our active dog as well.  She always leaves the house cleaner than we left it and we truly trust that our son is in great care when she is there. We miss her terribly!

Karen has been an excellent child care provider for my daughter .  She is very caring and helps with her homework. My daughter did better in school after a year of Karen babysitting. I recommend Karen to any parent looking for child care.

Karyn has been a real joy to work with for the several months she's been helping us out on Sunday mornings. She's bonded with our kids to an incredible extent even though they aren't always around every Sunday.  She has offered great suggestions for how to approach things better and how to use our space more efficiently.  AND, she has been entirely flexible with our multifaceted and varying needs.

After my regular sitter moved off to college, I needed a new sitter. I interviewed Karen. I ended up hiring her to watch my 4 year old. He loves her. They have a great time together. I always come home to my child happy, fed, teeth brushed and tucked in per my requests. After my child goes to sleep, Karen also tidies up around the house. She is good with my child.  I wish I had more regular work for her as my child is in VPK. She has come to my rescue when my son has had to leave work early! I highly recommend her.

As this being the first time ever using care.com as to be expected I was nerves not knowing how things would work for my little one . 
After our first meet I was feeling very confident that Karyn was going to be fantastic .
She started the following Monday for our 3 week agreement , she was extremely punctual ,polite, NEVER hits or swears ! She is absolutely a fantastic nanny/ babysitter so do not hesitate to hire her for a job! 
Karyn is now watching my little one still after our 3 week commitment . 
To add to her wonderful work she is very respectful to our home and goes beyond just watching your child .

Karyn is a wonderful sitter! She does great with our infant son. She is always early and we always come home to a cleaner house than when we left! She works with our schedules and comes early or stays late when needed. She even texts back at 4am when you need a sitter for a sick child very last minute! We love Karyn and will definitely hire her again!!

Karen is a wonderful sitter. I have 2 yr old twin boys and she is excellent with them along with my puppy. She is always early for watching them, never have to worry she will be late.  Willing to work with my schedule and stay longer if needed.  Always come home to a clean house and dishes done.
