About Karsten

I am a sophomore in college at Westmont. I am originally from Colorado where I did more of my babysitting and nannying. I have been working/ watching kids for over 6 years and I have loved every minute of it. I have watched kids whose ages ranged from infant to 14. I tend to work with younger kids more frequently than older. When nannying, I have always loved planning fun actives for us to do, both inside and outside the family home. I've taken on responsibilities such as driving kids from one place to another including school pickup, sports and after school activities. I have also prepared dinners and done light chores around the home. On a normal day, I would like the kids to be more engaged with thoughtful activities and keeping them active rather than staying home and sitting in front of the tv. Some words I would use to describe myself include patient, caring, energetic, respectful, and playful.
