Hi there! I'm Karson. :) I currently work as a skills coach for students with Autism, ADD, or other learning challenges. This generally involves academic tutoring with an emphasis on Executive Functioning Skills. I have 10 years of experience in the special needs community- with titles including Neurodevelopmental Teacher and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have also worked in general education settings as a small-group tutor for elementary and middle schoolers, and have been babysitting since I was 15. I love kids of all ages and abilities. The fulfillment I get from not only the progress my students make, but the relationships we share, makes me sure that I'm doing exactly what I'm meant to. I believe my biggest strengths are empathy, creativity, and viewing each individual at their highest potential.
