About Karrera

I worked at Desert Haven care center for one year. I worked as an Activities assistant working with majority, seniors, people who are behavioral and patients with dementia. I grew to have a deep love and passion for working with seniors. In the past year, I worked as a home health and hospice liaison. The position was not as hands-on as I would have hoped. I love working directly with the resident at hand. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, outgoing, and servant hearted I like caring for seniors because I am a bit of an old soul myself. I love connecting with seniors. They often have beautiful stories or great wisdom. If they are not able to speak, it's beautiful to be able to put a smile on their face and to make them feel loved. In my spare time, I like to be at my church or go on walks or hikes. I love the farmers market. I also Coach and play volleyball and I love to host get togethers.
