About Karoline

I'd describe my personality as kind, adaptable, and creative I like working with kids because I get to utilize my curiosity, playfulness, and wonder. I love getting to know their personalities, seeing them form their own minds, and supporting their goals. I love to empower children and celebrate their unique qualities. I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility, skill building, independence, and relationship building. I started working with kids when I was young, as an older sister, babysitter, teacher at church, and aspiring social worker. In my spare time, I like to play volleyball, tennis, pickleball, care for animals, cook, read, play video games, see concerts, and travel! One thing you should know about me is I'm flexible, go with the flow, playful, creative, goofy, and will always look for ways I can be helpful or supportive. My skills include emotional regulation skills, school work support, and housework/life support/organization.
